Brilliant customer service
Service done in time expected. Car had a mini valet which was a nice bonus and minor issues found during service were addressed.
Car serviced as per schedule and returned to me promptly in a super clean condition, even though the car was rather dirty before service. Thank you.

I was left waiting quite a long time for someone to become available to deal with me. It was a good job I didn't have work to go to or I would have been annoyed. It needs to be more efficient in the morning to deal with people dropping off their car

My car was recalled due to a safty issue on the car and also for a update, when my car was returned to myself I was given a general condition check list, but was told nothing about the update or the safety recall?and anything that was done?

The software to be loaded I was told kept crashing so this went into a second day in the garage
whilst attending for a safety recall I asked for my rear windscreen wiper to be examined it was and found faulty I was asked for £20 I think this petty, in view of the fact I took time from work to attend at your request.
it would have been a "completely satisfied" had you not forgotten to put my copy of the invoice in the car.

I have to return to have car computer reset because halliwell Jones system was not working
The work was completed and the car returned, my only criticism was there was no curtesy car available unless I waited several weeks for a slot, and the car needed to be kept longer to complete the job (48hrs).

Charlie and Clare in service are excellent to deal with as is the service manager Dave Ogden. They all understand the products and are very helpful.
As a result of bad communication from the garage about when my services were due (this was caused by the faulty I-drive information which had been faulty since I bought the car), I was faced with the cost of a major service I was not expecting

The suggestion by the head office was to book the car in for a fast slot as it was only a small service that would be complete in under 1 hour. The service took over 2 which the local garage indicated when they received the car.
The salesroom service was very good, yet the car could have been prepared to a higher standard - I appreciate I purchased a used car, but its an approved used BMW and that should make the difference

My car was recovered by a BMW service technician and Halliwell Jones fixed it within 24hrs Cant fault the service.
Do not feel like the warranty issues have been dealt with sufficiently with regards to smoothness of gearbox and know the gearbox manufacturer recommends a fluid change differing from what BMW advise, I.e. Filled for life, does not need changing!

Car in for service but no rear wiper blade as booked. Quickly and satisfactorily sorted the following morning before a long drive to Plymouth. Pleased with very reasonable costs for previous puncture repair and wiper replacement.
I would have been completely satisfied if we had been given the right info when buying the car regarding a Satnav it now seems that BMW can't fit one to my model.
