Nothing to complain about
Disappointing queues on checking the car in, I had to leave my keys and check in later over the phone. Car was kept in overnight and courtesy car given had very little petrol in. I had brakes fixed but found a fault in my steering which BMW fixed
On arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who noted any matters of concern and arranged for my transport home and the subsequent collection of my car on completion of the work.
Staff are excellent look after you and keep in contact with you re servicing .
Would have been a definite 5 but on collection I had to wait because they had forgotten to wash the vehicle. I know it was an oversight.
Dealer who fixed car were very good but not supplying dealer
I had the car in for its end of warranty check and have just noticed blemishes on the alloy wheelI know all vehicles were very dirty last week due to the adverse weather, but I have only just noticed this on one alloy.Would it have been replaced
From initial contact to completion of the service your representative provided information and was very helpful. Took the stress out of taking the car in myself and either sitting around or thinking of what to do whilst wait for the car.

Although HJ weren't sure of the nature of the problem at first, I was still able to get a hire car delivered the same day and HJ called me after the weekend to say the fault had been identified and fixed.

Outstanding from start to finish. On the day of collection we arrived to find the new car featuring prominently in the showroom window, greeting us as we pulled into the car park. This was a great touch, especially as it was snowing heavily outside.

As I said earlier, the whole experience was so easy and an absolute joy compared to other car dealerships I have dealt with before.
Everything went reasonably smoothly, except that the delivery of my car was 3 days late because of the adverse weather conditions.
Would have been a score of 5 but we noticed a small scuff mark / flat spot on the bonnet whilst we were being shown our new car.. This problem was rectified within 10 minutes to our complete satisfaction.
The dealership is immaculate and very welcoming, and the staff are very professional, and friendly, and not at all pushy.
