Good service. Negotiated that BMW made a good will payment. The only negative was I had to use YouTube to work out why my sunroof wouldn't work properly after battery had been disconnected. I found the initialisation procedure online.

My car required an oil service based on time not mileage, to accrue the overall time i.e. 2 years a period of 6 months when the car had been parked in a compound await sale, was included, this is ridicouls.

HJ staff have done their best in difficult circumstances, it must be embarrasing for them having a car for the 4th time in 2500 miles as the heated seat does not work. Staff have been good.

I was left waiting quite a long time for someone to become available to deal with me. It was a good job I didn't have work to go to or I would have been annoyed. It needs to be more efficient in the morning to deal with people dropping off their car
Due to the number of new cars going out I could not be seen for 10 days.

My car was recalled due to a safty issue on the car and also for a update, when my car was returned to myself I was given a general condition check list, but was told nothing about the update or the safety recall?and anything that was done?
whilst attending for a safety recall I asked for my rear windscreen wiper to be examined it was and found faulty I was asked for £20 I think this petty, in view of the fact I took time from work to attend at your request.

David the sales person was very thorough. Unfortunately the dealership has yet to provide me with a BMW umbrella which was promised on purchase. Also on picking up the car the sat nav had not been configured. Otherwise id be completely satisfied.
