Excellent experience staff were so good Steve explained everything lovely visiting BMW the coffees and cakes were an added bonus.
Car in for service but no rear wiper blade as booked. Quickly and satisfactorily sorted the following morning before a long drive to Plymouth. Pleased with very reasonable costs for previous puncture repair and wiper replacement.
I would have been completely satisfied if we had been given the right info when buying the car regarding a Satnav it now seems that BMW can't fit one to my model.

Customer service was excellent
Had to return the car to be looked at again, not test driven before return to me. Rear wheel wobbling, and making loud noise.

We were told to bring car in as early as we could . We arrived at 8.40am. Then told the service is done on time slots, and we hadn't one . We had to wait. Unhappy we were not told this at booking . Car now showing needs service in 500 miles !!!

Car was fixed in a day even though the part had to be ordered in!
I am satisfied however the centre was unable to fully explain the reason for the error I was seeing on the iDrive (too much oil despite none being added) and I am currrently monitoring this situation hence my being unable to rate this as 5.
Great customer service, at halliwell jones southport, instead of waiting they arranged a taxi to take me into southport and gave me a voucher for a hotel where i had my breakfast they then rang me to say my car was ready and arranged to pick me up.

Staff are always pleased to help and Dave the service manager is a credit to your group ! It has to be said I prefer to travel the distance of 40 miles to be looked after by the staff at southport than travel a mere 7 miles and be disappointed again
