Staff are always pleased to help and Dave the service manager is a credit to your group ! It has to be said I prefer to travel the distance of 40 miles to be looked after by the staff at southport than travel a mere 7 miles and be disappointed again

I requested Collect&Deliver service when booking the service, but this was not communicated to the local dealer. As a result, when no-one had arrived to collect by 11:00am, I had to call the dealer who said it hadn't been entered correctly.

Time severely waste. Additional costs and delays incurred since incorrect tyre ordered and then had the cheek to recover the surplus through me. Will not be buying any future cars through the dealership.

My car was washed after the inspection and a trained monkey would have done a better job, consequently I had to take it to be re washed, I did complain . How'ever the work completed by service centre was excellent.

Car was there all day before they looked at it. At 430 they discovered it needed new tyres. Too late to order or for me to go elsewhere.

Looked after well by staff. Took advantage of free taxi service to/from place of work whilst car being examined. Cause of my rear hatch opening when not desired could not be fathomed and was not reassured as to liability should any damage be caused.
The service team were accommodating and professional. My car looked beautiful from its valet. I was shocked that the first service was twice the price the salesman had quoted me just 9 months prior when i purchased the car without a service contract

I had an appointment for 11:30 hrs but was delayed by about 30 minutes gave apologies for delay because of heavy traffic an d expected to have to make a fresh appoinment Claire ?was looking after me and organised with the workshop to fit me in.
Was advised the car would be taken for test drive to listen to potential fault. This did not happen. Also when dropping vehicle off was given mis information due to wrong paperwork. However discussion with technician was useful.
On dropping my car off and explaining I needed to collect it by 2.00pm (school run) I was promised a call by 2.00pm. I never got this and had to chase things up myself. Taken to and grom Southport whilst waiting for car.. lovely touch
Charlie at Halliwell Jones Southport was very helpful and listened to my problem regarding an intermittent fault. Having done so he waved the initial charge for a diagnostic check.
