The service advisor Steve Hill was very professional he kept me updated all throughout the service. I also received a video showing the underside of the car from the technician Jake the car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. First class service.

I had been told the car would be ready for collection I had to wait 50 minutes after I arrived

I had a booked appointment to change one tyre and I was kept waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes which I don't think is acceptable. Lloyd's BMW in Grange Over Sands managed to change all four wheels to winter tyres in less than 1 hour 15 minutes.
Good & accurate diagnosis. Welcoming Staff and very nice coffee. A number of years ago I used an Approve Dealership in Liverpool. They managed to damage the brake servo,did not want to take any responsibility,charged me for the repair. Not use since.
30 minute wait only to hand my keys to the 1 person on the service desk (which took 1 minute). The servicing process is built around the staff / systems and not the customers. Real improvements in the call from BMW to book me in but let down instore.
Brought my car in for service and MOT , excellent service . Use of a loan car , collected same day car had been washed was all a good experience

Went to Southport for the cars service and was met by Steve Hill who was exceptional and very professional I was introduced to the technician Jamie and you could tell immediately that he cared for the car. The centre was most welcoming and friendly.
I was kept waiting for 40 minutes before I was even seen, spent £450 on a service and not even the screen wash bottle was topped up.
All staff were polite and friendly, as usual. The service was completed efficiently and relatively quickly - no issues.
The service experience was first class. All work was carried out to a high standard. The car was returned in showroom condition. Well done BMW.
I took my car in for MOT at 8.15am and went to pick it up at 5.15pm and it was still not ready. I finally got the car at 5.45pm. Why does it take so long ?
The reception staff are always very friendly and keep customers updated if there are delays. I did not feel rushed with the service manager so overall the customer service received was excellent
Because the valet Requested was not carried out I now have to book the car in again which is not convenient
To add to previous comments, I was called by BMW to arrange my service, they quoted a price but then it turned out they had quoted incorrectly, which I only found out when collecting my vehicle.
