Average service. Approved used did not cover any of the issues so far. Had to threaten to return car to get work done. Still arguing over the paint that is peeling away from the front bumper and is not covered under warranty. Any excuse to not fix.

They identified a potentially dangerous item (rear wheel cracked in two places on inner rim), informed me and set in train to replace it without any fuss or nonsense.

I received a video of my car from the mechanic doing the service/MOT/end of warrenty check at 3pm. There were a couple of things picked up which I assumed someone would contact me about but didn't. I had to ring and quiery the next day

Had to return to garage to get service info added to the car. I was sold a car with a service plan which I was told had 2 years left to run but turns out it didn't and had expired at 36,000 miles. The car had 32000 miles when I bought it!!!

I felt they investigated the problem fully and sorted it completely although it did take over a week I was happy with the end result. I would have given completely satisfied if I had been contacted more frequently and had to make less calls myself.
