Was told on email that tyres needed changing and was asked if I wanted to do it but only due mid Dec. Same with brakes but no price given.
Would have scored 5 but was told could get lift to train station (no courtesy cars available) but noone available to take me
The problem here was not of Halliwell Jones' making. Their service was excellent. I was given a new loan car and kept fully informed of what was happening with my car.

The work done was fine, however, the garage no longer does a collect service from home. I was given a lift into Southport but had to wait about 20 minutes for a driver.

Kept informed of all aspects of the service. The video was particularly informative.
The service department shut at 5.30, it use to be open later allowing time to finish work and being able to pick my vehicle up later. Now I need to finish early to get to the garage.

When booking the service told that it would take two hours. On the day, car taken in at 10.00 am, only available for collection at 4.00pm. Better to give a longer timescale at outset then if it's less all the better.

It was a great experience at Helliwell Jones Southport, and made buying a brand new car very easy. I would use this centre again. I will be taking my car to them for servicing even though I have a BMW centre 1 mile away from my home. very pleased.
Unfortunately the finance deal did not match the offer. And when I queried this , sales manger answer was the deal is done??? . This very nearly cost BMW the sale. but after threat of cancelation they did look at the figures saving me £2000
