The service department carried out a extensive check on my car to resolve a steering knock which appears to have been solved at this time.I cant praise the service department enough,not just for this visit but previous visits I have made.
Everyone was efficient and dealt with what I required. There was one or two issues with my mot and they were sorted out promptly. No problems with timing in collecting it on the same day which was what I required so I could also carry on with my plan

They always look after me and get the job done however big or small in a friendly manner!
My car went in on a recall and the mechanic found a tyre, not deflated but with a puncture when the nail was removed. They replaced the tyre; if this had not been spotted the deflation would no doubt have occurred when I was on a motorway somewhere.
Service took too long. Service book not stamped. Then, service book stamped erroneously with MINI stamp. Front brakes still binding, badly.

See previous comment. In addition I must praise the way the showroom was organised from the Covid precautions to the attitude of the staff in general,particularly the young lady on reception.
BMW as you would expect go the extra mile, a short video was sent to me explaining the health check, which gave me complete confidence in the technicians completing the service on my car.
Car smelt strongly of garlic when I picked it up. I am still waiting to hear how much it is to polish a scratch off an alloy.
David Ogden is the only reason Halliwell Jones has maintained me as a customer, all other aspects of the dealership apply, the Brand does not live up to my expectations.
