There was an issue when I can to pay as the cost of the service and for 4 tyres on an X5 exceeded the card payment limit and I was paying via a business credit card. What a load of nonsense having a limit for card payments in the service department.

Generally staff were rude, unfriendly, cold and looked sad to work there. The general vibe was clinical and cold in the show room. The recent changes seem to the detriment of the brand and customer experience.

The process was straight forward, the service agent Brian understood my time issues and asked for a pick up time to suit. While I understand this is not always possible, I received an update text and the car was being parked up ready as I came back.

The interaction with Mike was very good, as it had been with Marianne beforehand. But I wish that when there is an offer to clean and vacuum the car that this is done thoroughly. The boot for example is never vacuumed and this should be included.

I had a puncture whilst visiting the open golf on the Thursday. I phoned BMW to see if they had a tyre. I was told they did. When I arrived, it transpired they did not have a tyre! Caused an incredible amount of frustration and stress.

The initial issue with my window was fixed to a good standard. My DPF is blocked, I was quoted £2000 to replace the whole thing. I have since discovered that this can be flushed out. I have since had it professionally flushed and it works great.
