Vehicle went in for recall, health check conducted but tech failed to spot the coolant leak the Vehicle has while working on, the Vehicle currently looses around 1.5L of water during a 24hr period.

Despite booking in on line I still had to wait for a Service Receptionist. I do not like the new reception area where you have to stand at a Desk. The Car Service itself was excellent.

I was told the car would be ready by 12pm. Had the vehicle health check at 10:12 and had to phone multiple times to get an update. Left voicemails to be called back with no response. Receptionist was rude to my wife when she picked the car up.

Car was recovered by RAC and they carried a health check and diagnostic the next day. They could not replicate the fault I had experienced but updated the software. This cured the problem. I was very pleased to also find the car valeted.

Communication was very poor throughout, multiple calls, and even tried the WhatsApp, but no reply was received until the day before I could pick the car up. The car was in the garage for 3 weeks but only worked on for around 5 days.
