From my initial enquiry to the collection of my new car, BMW Southport provided an excellent service, especially Hayley Hurrell. What a lovely, helpful lady she is, probably the nicest person I have met in a while. Absolutely faultless.

I had to alter my collection date due to shift work, and this wasn't too much trouble for Hayley (as with everything else) requested. Despite this being Hayley's day off, she accommodated my requests, followed up to see how I was getting on. Perfect

Initially delayed due to a faulty batch of sensors installed in XI XDrives all went well.

The overall process only took a week to process but throughout I was kept informed. The young lady who went through the part finances I was taking was very informative and again helped with any questions I posed.

Generally customer service and courtesy was very good with excellent after sales as well. Main problem was late delivery being at least 2 weeks after planned delivery. Car was in wrong place and I was not notified of new delivery date sooner.

Mr Stephen Adams has been superb throughout.Due to manufacturing issues I had to wait a while for my car but Mr Adams has regularly updated me with the progress and the hand over of my car was very thorough and I can ring or call anytime for advice.

1 Car not ready in spite of the fact that an hour earlier we had been informed that it was. 2 Having the promised wash and vac would have meant an even longer wait. 3 Brake fluid service alert was not reset, so we have to make another visit.

Only 4/5 as the video tour of my car was sent a few days late and in it I was referred to as 'sir' a couple of times. I am female but my title is Dr, just a little bit of every day sexism! Would have brought this up on collection but video sent late.

car was cleaned fully after car service, noticed dirt marks on the drivers side door card from the mechanic's overalls, notified service rep of the issue and all of dirt marks where removed speedily.

Call mid pm saying MOT prob ready. MOT done and passed, some items needed action soon. I could leave car but rebooked for in a few weeks. Was told issue was due to VOSA visit. Felt late being told and work could all have been done in one visit.

Apparently the vehicle tracking was out when checked on vehicle arrival (amber). I only found out when the car was collected, and told it should be sorted. Why wasn't I contacted to see if I wanted it doing while you had the car? It's not a big job.
