Communication was very poor throughout, multiple calls, and even tried the WhatsApp, but no reply was received until the day before I could pick the car up. The car was in the garage for 3 weeks but only worked on for around 5 days.

I phoned and got a quick appointment to have a 'Health Check' completed on my BMW to diagnose the cars problem, I was seen quickly and the cars situation sorted whilst I waited. I was provided with refreshment and kept apprised of the cars situation.

I was happy with everything to do with the MOT and work My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my dashcam was taken out and not replaced. I've no idea why it was taken out. Noone responded to my phone call. I've since found it loose in the car
