I've been very satisfied with the process from walking in to make the enquiry to picking up my car, Max was vey helpful and always on hand to answer any questions, he even helped me with my private registration after I picked up my car.

Felt that everything was in safe hands and would be taken care of. Although refurbishment work was occurring at the time the showroom was still operating in a smart, clean, professional way by all the staff causing as little inconvenience as possible

All worked well on collection even though Southport Halliwell Jones was going through a full refurb. Just need to boost internet/wifi coverage which wasn't ideal when signing docs online.

Very good, the £100 voucher was good although living quite rural it was a logistical nightmare getting the car in and picking up. I would have rathered a courtesy car than the voucher if im honest. But service was fantastic nonetheless

Excellent curteous service from the receptionist to the professional and helpful approach of the service manager and the video and detailed description of the state of my vehicle from the vehicle engineer.

We were tild, despite telling the service people that another apporoved bmw service provider had already identified and confirmed the problem, that Halliwell Jones would charge us £150 to diagnose the problem as well as drastically overcharging us.
