Even with the building work going on, members of staff were very attentive, I was introduced and welcomed by everyone I came across. Even living over 50 miles from the dealership I was offered video calls as aftercare if I had any questions.

See above. Also When I dropped my car off there was extensive work going on in the showroom. I needed the ladies' toilets but was told they weren't available and I would have to go to HJ Kia, further down Scarisbrick New Road.
