My answer to the first question plus the fact that the car has never been as clean as when I picked it up after the work done on the 2 recalls (replacement of the EGR unit and Driver's Airbag) - all free of charge!

I have given five stars in the past, however, the dealership stated that they are number 1 in the country, and stated it several times. As a customer, I want me car repaired first time, and if it's not fixed, and fixed correctly, just apologise.

The lady on reception was very kind and friendly and explained who would be dealing with my car today and gave me a contact number for him in case I had any questions. Stephen was courteous, polite and made a note of when I needed my car back.

Fault appeared 6 weeks ago. Halliwell Jones ordered part and booked in for service. Had to cancel service as part not available. After several weeks had to have BMW assistance inspect car who said it was unfit to drive. Hire car sorted Part appeared

Only concern is that payment was via your website instead of a handset. Whilst it took time to complete my concern is that my card details including security no is now held on your system. Prefer payment to be taken via a card handset.

Service was smooth but unhappy with feedback around front tyres. The tyres have been on the vehicle for 7 weeks and was told tread depth was under 3mm. When challenged the response wasn't the standard I would expect.
